Refusal of Services/Products

AustrianVeganderlust reserves the right to terminate the Service or product, and or access to certain features of the Service or product, with or without prior notice to you. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice but is not required to do so under the terms of this agreement.

Lifetime Access is for the lifetime of the Service or product. If for any reason, AustrianVeganderlust should dissolve or cease to exist, then your access to the Service or product terminates.

Digital Products and Immediate Access

Because our digital products may be available for immediate access, download, streaming, or use after purchase, you acknowledge that once access begins, you may lose certain cancellation or withdrawal rights that would otherwise apply, including the EU right of withdrawal where permitted by law.

If you are an EU consumer purchasing digital content, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal unless you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is accessed, downloaded, streamed, or otherwise made available to you.

EU Consumers and Digital Services

If you are an EU consumer purchasing a digital service, subscription, or membership and you request that the service begin immediately during the 14-day withdrawal period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the services provided before you cancel. If the service has been fully performed, you may lose your right of withdrawal where permitted by law.

No Refunds for Certain Items

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

Severability

If any term, provision, covenant, or condition of this Agreement is held by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.
